May 2023 - Custom Garden Patio with Path
This project started with some major excavation and removal of old stone pathway and some unwanted greenery. Once the area was cleared we levelled out the ground using the excavator and removed materials with the track dumper. When the area was ready, we laid soil and some new plants as well as some patio stones and a natural rock border. This created a more open and intentional sitting area and garden for our clients to enjoy their waterfront views.
May 2023 - Dual Roller Track Barn-Style Doors
Our clients were in need of a door for an outbuilding to make it more suitable for storage. We built these two barn-style doors at the shop and transported them to location to be installed. They are on a dual roller track system to allow for easy access to the contents inside. The smaller swinging pair of doors to the right were a previous project that we did for them and they tie in so nicely together.
April 2023 - Fence and Trellis Replacement
This client’s fence and trellis had become overgrown and was in need of replacement, but it was important to them to preserve the original look and feel of their outdoor space. We worked closely with the client to make sure they were completely satisfied with the outcome. The previous fence and trellis were overgrown with tons of vines so there was a lot of removal involved here. The end result is a completely refreshed outdoor space for our clients to enjoy.
March 2023 - Two reclaimed sheds and a stone path
Our client wanted to repurpose some sheds from another project, so we got the crane in to drop them into place. With the addition of some new doors and roofing, they were like new again! We also installed a beautiful and functional natural stone path from their steps to the yard. This project has added storage and functionality to their space.
March 2023 - Two-level stone patio
This project has completely upgraded the yard of this property. We have added a multi-level stone patio with two different styles of stone just to keep things interesting. The top level of stone is more orderly and straight in the cuts, while the bottom level has more natural stones from a quarry up-island. Great work by our masonry contractor Dan Crawford.
Febuary 2023 - Custom deck with Coast Salish privacy screens.
Our client came to us for a complete overhaul of their outdoor living space. We were able to add this custom deck and pergola to create a covered space for their hot tub. The entire look of their property was majorly upgraded with this project. The privacy screens are from Core Landscape Products and were created by Coast Salish and Kwagulth Nanaimo-based artist Noel Brown. Our happy clients are looking forward to the summer where they can enjoy their new chill spot.
January 2023 - Belgard Paver Driveway and Brick Path
We recently completed a landscaping project for a client, which included the installation of a stunning reclaimed brick path, a Belgard stone paver driveway and matching walkways with hand picked trees to add a touch of green. Our team worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences. We started by preparing the landscape before building to ensure the best possible result. This involved removing any existing landscaping elements, grading the area and installing proper drainage. The end result was a functional and visually appealing upgrade to the property that exceeded the client's expectations. The combination of the reclaimed brick and Belgard stone pavers created a modern and polished look. This was a big upgrade to the appeal of the client’s property. The garden beds installed by the front door were the finishing touch to this beautiful project.
June 2022, Skate Ramp Build
In June 2022, we had the opportunity to take on a unique project - building a skate ramp. It was something different for our team, but we were excited for the challenge and the chance to work on something so cool. The brand we used was Ramp Armor, a company known for its high-quality skate ramps and accessories.
We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences. We also had to take into account the space available and the local building codes. After finalizing the plan, we began the construction process.
The end result was a sleek and sturdy ramp that was perfect for the client. It was a pleasure to see the joy on the client's face when we handed over the ramp, and we knew that it would provide hours of entertainment and fun for skaters of all skill levels. The project was definitely a learning experience for us, and we are proud to have been a part of bringing this cool skate ramp to life.

April 2022, Garden Path and Hedges
In April of 2022, we transformed this client’s yard with a beautiful cement paver path and hedges. We worked carefully with the client to determine their exact vision, so we could create the outdoor living space of their dreams.
We prepared the area by clearing out all of the existing growth and levelling the surface.
The end result was a beautiful garden pathway that was perfect for the client. It provides a safe and level surface to navigate your way through the yard, and is beautiful. We chose the hedges that would be ideal for the amount of light their yard receives. The end product is a gorgeous paved walkway and the client could not be happier!
August 2021, Wire Fence Install
This beautiful wire fence was installed by our team in 2021. Our clients wanted something that would protect their lovely garden from deer but still allow the garden to be seen and enjoyed - and of course for the plants to continue to receive sunlight! Our highly trained team is skilled in fences of all kinds, and we work with our clients to pick the perfect type of fence for your needs. The final product is sturdy and durable and will last for years to come. Their beautiful garden can still be seen from all sides, and it can grow and thrive without the threat of deer. We were so thrilled with the result of this project.

June 2021, Belgard Stone Patio
Our crew transformed this untouched grass yard into a beautiful living space with a Belgard stone patio and walkways for a client. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and vision, and took great care to preserve the existing lawn area during our work. This involved creating a design that would complement the existing landscape, while adding a functional outdoor living space. Our crew used the best techniques and materials to ensure that the new patio and walkways were both durable and visually appealing. We also took steps to properly drain water away from the new features to prevent any damage. The end result was a stunning outdoor space that the client can enjoy for years to come. The new patio and walkways have added value to the property and greatly enhanced the client's outdoor living experience.
July 2020, Natural Stone Retaining Wall
July 2019, Brick Wall Repair
We love the opportunity to take something old or broken and make it new again! This brick wall had seen some serious damage and was in need of some restoration. A damaged wall like this can be a safety and liability issue. We started by removing the broken and damaged bricks and getting all of the debris cleaned up before rebuilding the wall with strong and sturdy materials. We carefully selected bricks that matched the original ones as closely as possible in texture and size. Once the rebuild was complete, we took the time to properly seal the wall to protect it from the elements and prevent future damage. The end result is a beautiful and sturdy brick wall that looks as good as new. We take pride in our work and it's always a great feeling to see a once damaged and neglected wall brought back to life.

July 2018, Tiered Garden Oasis
In this project, our clients had a vision to turn a steep bank of blackberries into a beautiful and productive vegetable garden. They wanted to grow their own fruits and vegetables and utilize the space in their backyard to its fullest potential. We were excited to take on this challenge and get to work on creating their dream garden. The first step was to clear the bank of blackberries and level out the area. We then built tiered beds to make the most of the slope and created a landing for their veggie boxes and fruit trees.
We added some unique elements to the garden such as an arbour to grow hops - the clients had a small brewery inside their house and they wanted to be able to use their own hops in their beer.
The final result was a lush, green oasis in their backyard that was both beautiful and functional. The tiered beds are now filled with a variety of vegetables and fruits, and the arbour added a unique touch. The clients were thrilled with the outcome and we were happy to have been a part of creating such a special space for them. This project was definitely one of our favourites to date and we love the opportunity to help people turn their backyard dreams into reality.
